SIZE MATTERS is a 9-Week Program that consists of 5-6 days of training with 1-2 rest days a week. This program is a "Bodybuilding" style plan designed to build muscle, strength, and endurance all while obtaining and achieving an "on stage" physique. This program is created around the big 3 lifts.. Squat, Bench, and Deadlift with supporting fundamental exercises that include bodyweight exercises like Dips, Pull Ups, Running and much more!
