This plan is a “Bodybuilding” style program designed for any “Athletes” trying to build muscle, build strength, and build endurance all while obtaining and achieving a “on stage” physique. This program is designed around the three big lifts. (Squat, Bench & Deadlift). This plan has 1 month worth of workouts filled with exercises, nutrition recommendations, sets, reps, and even rest time. Each day of your program is different, that's why this plan is meant to be repeated year round. Fitness has taught me many life lessons though one is worth mentioning, I’ve learned that no matter what it is you do or what you’re a part of, it’s COMPETITION that drives us all to be the best that we can be. I use the term, “ATHLETE” throughout this plan. My personal definition of the word is described as; “An individual who COMPETES against others and/or themselves”. In this plan, our mission is to provide a routine that challenges you to COMPETE not only in the gym but in all aspects of life every day.
